I've owned my 2013 limited since October of last year. Purchased with very little mileage (900kms) so not like it was well used. Since that time I've had to replace both my hi/low beam rocker switch and winch switch. I could understand the winch switch being it does get used quite frequently in the winter to operate my plow but hi/low light switch almost never gets used. I also have the BRP light bar on the roof, the backlight in one of those switches has also failed. I have not been overly impressed with the BRP switches.

Not many switches on the market in that style any better. Mine now have 4200 miles on all the switches. But I don't wash the dash. So I don't know if that's why mine still work or not. But they all get used frequently except the whinch switch. Winch is 4 yrs old still in the box. Lol

Issue with winch switch resolved .. I took
It apart and 'cleaned' it. It was not necessarily dirty there was some minor signs of wear and pointsof contact for up and down. A coat of dielectric and back together it went. Has worked great since thursday

..... but has a fairly easy life of logging.....
I have some buddies up here that would take issue with that! I tell them they're just a bunch of pussy's out knocking over sticks and drinking beer every afternoon at 2:00:icon_ poke:

I tell my buddies that all the time especially the one who got a brand new skidder this year. I believe you failed to miss the part that said logging and dirt road cruising

I didn't miss it, just having some fun witcha. How to get a logger to cry? Borrow his new equipment and bring it with a scratch. Give 'em a season and it'll look like he rolled it 5 times after the road gave away.
