Without knowing it was a no no, I ran 93 octane in my 800 commander. It started sputtering when you are just tying to putt around. If you mash the throttle it will pick up and then run fine. Let off the gas and slow back down and it comes back again. At idle it will run fine then sputter once in a while. I have drained the fuel and refilled with 87 octane. Cleaned the spark arrestor, pulled the plugs and they look fine. I'm gonna change them regardless when everything opens back up tomorrow. Nothing has helped the issue. I know there is no carb but it acts just like when you have a gummed up carb. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any lasting affects of running 93 octane? I only ran about 1/4 tank through it...

93 octane shouldn't hurt it. I always fun Supreme gas in mine with no problems - supreme gas here is 91 octane
