Temp sensor is bad or disconnected if fan is running all the time . Fan comes on at 215 and shuts off at 205.

Thermo fan
Hi all and thanks for adding me to the group. I recently purchased a second hand 2015 Commander 800R dps and as it doesn't have a temp guage I'm not sure how hot normal is and the thermo fan is constantly running. Is this normal for this model?
The people i purchased it of said it has been running hot, they admitted to not knowing much mechanically so I'm assuming it was just the engine heat coming through the engine covers as it seems ok to me.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
