My 2022 can am commander 700xt is not charging again. Dealer replaced charging system 50 amp fuse, VR, and stator. Worked fine for about 30 miles and now it’s not charging again. Any ideas? Dealer has no idea why it quit the first time neither did can am and now it’s doing it again. Damn machine is brand new and has 350 miles. I’m beyond pissed.

I would first verify the grounding of the whole car, not only production but also the reading of the voltage, like ECU....

I have a similar problem with my 2022 Commander XTP max. They are saying the stator is not strong enough to charge the battery with accessories running. Have you found out a solution to your problem.

It’s a 650 w system. I can run rock lights,whips,light bar, and stereo with no issues. Winch will drain voltage down temporarily. I had to replace the 50 amp main fuse and my volatage regulator had a crack in it.

Also after all that was replaced the wire pligs
Cam loose from the VR so I added a wire grommet to hold the wires close to the VR and added zip strips. No issues since
