Possibly your one way bearing
Possibly a rear drive shaft. This was an issue that was fairly common. The driveshafts came unbalanced on many of these units. I had one! I replaced it with a new one and it reduced the clank measurably. not completely but much better. It may also be a bad u joint in the driveshaft as well. Hope this helps

How about if the idle is too high ? Will it start in gear with foot on brake, and then what does it do?
Idle isn’t adjustable but if there’s another problem causing it to idle too high, the clutch may engage and cause difficulty shifting.

So, the problem is either with the one way bearing, some other problem causing a high idle or clutches otherwise engaging (or possibly with in the gearbox, although the internals of it shouldn’t be moving on their own without input from the engine through the clutches or perhaps rolling while shifting, which doesn’t seem to be the case).

There’s also a slight language barrier so we might not be understanding the problem exactly as it occurs.

1350 is about where the weights start to push the outer Sheave against the belt. If idle is the normal 1250/1300 pull belt cover off start the engine after a few seconds the primary should stop turning the belt . If belt not turning at all something other than the one way is going on. But if it’s turning more than a creep the one way is dragging .
