have a 2012 commander 1000 xt, wont stop overheating new rad, temp sensor, fan, boysen super cooler, fan override, new t stat and purple ice additive, went through bleeding procedure multiple times. no blow head gasket symptoms, at a loss of what to try next. I live in northern British Columbia where summers average 15-20 °c in the summer and 0 to -20 °c in the winter. is a t stat delete kit a bad idea...? and input appreciated

Hang it from a tree by the winch. These machines are the hardest to get the air out.

Just went through this with my 2013 1000 ltd. When I replaced the thermostat I put it in exactly as it was from the factory...incorrect.
Check the manual...(after a week of trying to bleed system).....turned thermostat to correct orientation, burp...all good....I saw this same experience in another post far far away..
