Sorry for taking over this thread. Hopefully people got good knowledge from it. I know I did. I installed the boyeson high flow water pump kit. Nothing was wrong with the original. Just didn’t move enough fluid. Jacked up the front end with the three ton jack. Put the big funnel kit on it. And started doing as you guys said. Started it up. Held it steady at 2500 rpms. Ran it to 5-6 bars on the temp gauge. Shut it down rinse and repeat. On the third try it held steady at four bars and never climbed past there. In between round waiting for it to cool down I squeezed the pipes on both sides. I’m front of the water pump and above the heads. When you squeeze them youll see the bubbles in the funnel. As you keep squeezing them. They’ll kinda get a spongy feel and stop send bubbles to the funnel. Thanks again guys.
