I have a 2011 can am outlander 400 ATV. It has started to over heat. I’ve changed the thermostat, temp sensor and it still is overheating. My fan doesn’t come on. I’ve checked the relay switch by removing the power to the temp sensor. Fan comes on. Plug it back in and fan goes off. Any ideas out there? Thought about putting a fan switch over ride.

If you unplug the sensor and can comes on it should be working properly unless sensor isn’t reading the correct temperature.
