Motorcycle, not Commander related, but hope it’s ok to post here, you guys always provide useful info.

I have a motorcycle that needs the sprocket shaft oil seal replaced. It is on the outside of the transmission case right behind the sprocket and can be removed from the outside. What’s the best way to pull the seal out of the case without destroying anything?

If I shouldn’t post non Commander stuff here, please let me know – just please don’t beat the crap out of me.

Small self tapping screw then use a small slide hammer to pop it out. Put two screws in and switch between the two. Till it pops out .

I use this trick on any shift shaft seal. It works great

Haven't had time to get to this yet, but sounds like a good way.
