When we run our 2019 800R limp mode comes on every time after 45 minutes of riding. I’ve cleaned the radiator multiple times, checked the spark arrester, changed radiator coolant, inspected the drive belt. Any ideas what this could be?
im going to bleed the cooling system to see

I bought a 2021 commander xt in April, when I took it for a small ride I kept getting “BRAKE’ flashing and no power, the dealer forgot to flash the computer to not stay in work mode after they did that, I still have the same issue and don’t know what it could be? Any suggestions other than taking it back to a dealer? Thanks.

You might tear down to the throttle body and make sure you don't have any obstructions there, I know that's a lot of work but could be worth a try. I had limp mode come on once a few months after a service in a shop, a mechanic left a shop rag behind for some reason and that was found inside the throttle body. Now I do all of my own work.
