I just bought a commander 1000 LTD and have a couple questions about the air ride suspension.

Can I adjust it as I'm driving or do I need to stop first?

What do most people with the ACS find is the best setting for trails? mud? etc?

Can I fit a bigger tire (vs stock) that wil allow me to use all 6 settings without rubbing?

Any help is appreciated!!

You can adjust on the fly, I would keep mine at a six with 29.5 outlaws for more GC. If I got on the hard pack I would drop it to a three for more comfort

I set mine at 4 and go to 6 on rocky terrain for more ground clearance, 6 is too rough riding for normal trails IMO

I leave mine the lowest it will go 1, I only adjust up on the rear for increased clearance for rocky area's.
