Follow your first instinct or sand the sides of your old belt real good and see if that helps.

What belt is on your machine?

I believe some belts are slightly wider, including the maverick belt, which I run. I believe a wider belt will grab a little sooner. I have the low speed engagement spring too. I can putt around pretty slowly.

I just changed this out for the lower rpm engagment spring.it didnt engage until 2200 rpm.just wondering if this is a after market or factory spring.

I have a Gates G Force 30G3750 in it currently.

Mine feels like your first video which I believe is the before.

That’s just me trying to keep it engaged as slow as possible
