What exactly was the problem with them? bending? snapping? cracking? warped?
With ours or the factory tie rods? Nothing was wrong with ours we just upgraded the kit and made it better. We now include the rod end boots and a CNC cut crows foot to remove the factory tie rods. Other companies charge $15 for the crows foot and $8 for the boots.

As far as the factory tie rods all of the above mostly bending. Its a very good idea to change the tie rods before something happens and someone gets hurt or the Commander gets damaged.

We have talked to customers that have broke the factory tie rod on the first day of owning the vehicle.
