Ok, I was in a hurry to get started with my Thermotec panel insulation/sound deadening project, and broke the door off of the glove box when doing the disassembly. I purchased a new door for $35, swapped the latch over and got ready to install it.

Is there some kind of magic trick, secret handshake, or other procedure for getting the new door installed.

There are four molded in hinge pins, with a flat side that I just can't seem to get to seat into the female side of the hinge.

The shop manual has no help. unless you consider REMOVE and REVERSE of REMOVAL to be helpful.

Any tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated.

In the end, the only way I found to get the thing put together was to break out the heat gun. Once I did that, it only took about 2 minutes to assemble.
