If it were me I would get an RMA and send the thing back for a refund! Maybe its the pictures but things just don't look right for a brand new clutch.

No those pictures are with the old clutch on there I was just using that to measure

I would take your secondary clutch off and remove the housing backplate, the picture looks like somebody put a shim in behind it.

Yeah that’s my next move from what I see on your the top sticks out further than the bottom right the bottoms tight

If there is a shim behind the housing backplate, one of the clutches may have been rubbing the housing cover.
