I have a 2012 can am commander 1000. It sat up for a while and I went to crank it up and the battery was dead. Let it charge over night, unhooked it from the charger the next morning and I cant get any lights to come on or anything. I hooked the charger back up and tried to crank it again but as soon as i turn the key, every light flicks on and off rapidly. I know sometimes my keys doesn't work (pretty old and beat up) but most of the time i can get it to crank. Could this just be a bad battery or is there some electrical issues that might be happening that I should check out.

Some types of AGM and Matt glass style batteries need to be linked to a good battery to be brought back from near death . Put a set of jumpers on your dead battery to a good one . Then put your charger on over night . If it’s not back come morning it’s done and headed to the afterlife
