My commander is blowing belts like crazy. I can barely get 150 miles out of a belt. I've tried different belts and they make no difference. All riding is mostly trails or hard road with limited mud. There's not a chance that abuse is the issue. I made it 25 miles on dirt roads today and the belt blew. Looking for some direction in fixing the problem, where would you guys start? I've read that clutch kits help with the problem but there is something else got to be wrong with the clutch.

Awful expensive to take a chance. Nobody knows the quality of there qov. cup or inner tower to tell if it will hold up. Check my post #14 again. This has worked for me since.

Ace, always look forward to your posts and your knowledge. I'am just glad it didn't take out my crank threads getting the bolt out. The west coast fellar helped me a lot to get going again. Communicate with him quite regulary over these clutch problems.
