I got a nice commander 800XT but it keeps over heating when I take it out. I have replaced radiator with a new one, checked the water pump seems to turn when engine run, thermostat operates fine, no oil in coolant and no smoke from exhaust. Lost at what else to look at. Looking for guidance

Assume your fan works?

I bet you have an air pocket/bubble. They can be tough to bleed.

Pic belo of ace's procedure. Worse case scenario, winch the front end up a tree...

These make life easier:

Mine has never overheated but I added a fan override, which allows it to run cooler.

Fought this long time. Finally went to higher pressure radiator cap and mixed Water Wetter into coolant. These radiators were just a little too small. (I mostly operate at 5000 feet and above, I don’t think the engineers calculated for altitude.)

Read lots of stuff. Some people install oversized radiators or wire their fans for continuous run, but that worked for me.
