Looks like I gotta replace the brake light pressure switch.

1) What are my chances of changing it out without having to bleed the brakes?

2) I'm guessing I should use DOT 4 brake fluid to replace any?

If you do need to bleed it at the switch would be only place needed. It is the highest point in system. So air will stay right there or actually bleed back into the tank.
