I went with a 20" light bar so not to over do it on the battery and to get extra lighting.i was thinking about mounting it on the front bumper.anyone have theres mounted there? If so is the airflow to the radiator still good enough so wont over heat?

14" light bar - if anything it helps keep the mud off the radiator.

Kind of had the same thought? I wouldn’t see an issue with it. In my case I’m curious about wiring into the high beams?

One thing to consider about that is, that would increase the electrical load on the high beam switch contacts. That switch is already prone to premature failure with the load it has. Then if the switch fails out on the trail, you'll be without high beams and light bar.

Could wire in a relay to the high beam switch to control the light bar (and high beams for that matter...
