Hey Guys,
Got a 2012 1000 XT with about 9300 on the clock. I bought it used, not sure if/when it had a brake change but pads are toast.
Do y'all change the rotors when you change the pads? I always do on cars but I have looked around and most on here only talk about changing pads.
I don't know enough about rotors to know if they are good or not.
Don't want to spend money if I don't have to.

Just change pads unless they are scored up bad or bent .

Yeah I wouldn't change the rotors unless they looked bad. And just fyi I got some cheap $10 (US) brake pads off ebay 4-5 years ago and they've held up well. They're in the following thread: Cheap brake pads
