I have a 2022 Commander Max DPS. When I'm driving this machine, as soon as I exceed about 10 mph, there is a rattling/clanging sound that sounds like loose metal hitting together coming from the front passenger side of the machine. The noise stops if I let off of the acceleration. I've read about drive shaft rattle, but this noise comes from the front right corner of the machine, so I don't believe it to be this. The noise occurs in both 2WD and 4WD with no difference. It is a relatively new machine, has under 5 hours on it. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be?
I just bought a 2023 and had the exact same noise and according to the dealer something was mis assembled from either the factory or from them. Needless to say I only had my machine for a week at the end of April and it’s still at the dealer waiting for the part they ordered a week and a half ago.
