Ya, if it shifts through the gears with the engine off, but grinds while idling it is likely the one way bearing dragging. If you have the clutch cover off a bad bearing will make the secondary clutch move during idle.

Grinds when shifting
Welcome to the forum, If you are talking grinding then you may want to look into unhooking the cable and shifting it at the gearbox this should tell if cable has been stretched like Turbo mentioned the one way dragging will make it shift hard and can lead to the cable crimp coming lose and then it's out of wack

Thanks for the info i pickup the parts at the dealers but haven't had time to put it back together will post after repair

Ok guys just got it back together reajusted shift cable all seems good there but i seem to have alot of play between in the helixs at the plastic sleeve seem to kluck when on of throttle
