Replacing the relay is the cheapest part on the system. Replace it and then if it’s still not working follow the test process in the manual again.

That guy in post 9 just bought a satv rack and installed it. So no clue why they told you it doesn’t fit a 15 model. Wicked built doesn’t make one for a 15 cause they told him they did and he bought the rackzilla first and it was a fail.

And I don’t remember but if yours is a 11/12 model it will probably have 10mm bolts . 13 they upgraded to stop them from breaking to 12mm. So drill and tap then get new bolts if you don’t have the 12mm already .

Or you can bullet proof it with a Maverik diff . Which is what most do. But it’s not cheap . It’s around 1500$ for the kit.
  12. Rear end noise

    Commander 1000
No but the new diff fits the frame . Housing is bigger to clear the helical gears .

Pull on the inner cv on left side if you can pull it out by hand . The end of the cv snapped off.

The ring has wear whether it had damage or not . You start mix matching parts and it will accelerate the wear of the ring and the new pinion . Plain and simple the 11/13 diff was junk from the factory . If you would have went in and set it up the day it was new it would have made it a lot longer...
  15. Rear end noise

    Commander 1000
If it needs a pinion you will need a ring as well. Or you are just wasting money . It will fail again .
  16. Rear end noise

    Commander 1000
Cheaper to buy new diff than to repair the old one . You can get a new diff from dealer for less than 700$. If your dealer likes you. A rebuild on yours will be over 400$

Pinion gear was common issue in the 11/13 models . And if that’s the case it will get worse really quick. The new replacement is upgraded from the factory with helical gears instead of straight cut.
