I was happy with the improvements from adding just the lift kit, been over a year now. I'm hoping to add the springs sooner than later, but it's already been much longer than planned.

I added this kit to my commander. My biggest suprise was when I hit a hole or bump way too fast, I slap the brakes in one of those "OH SH!$#" moments expecting a hard hit. The shocks take it like butter and its just a mild bump, before the lift it would have slammed hard. Very pleased with the ride and extra clearance.

I hear you about the pleasant surprise, I was so i took my mander to a buddie place who has had two different rats, this last one he has is a 900 XC which has the Fox shocks and duel rate springs, an so I told his to drive down some of his trails, he was impressed, and been feeling his Rzr need some improvements.

Without reading a bunch can someone tell me is there a visual difference in the old and new rear shock mount for this lift. Pic? I have a friend who bought his about mid 2017.
Trying to see if the correct brackets are in this kit. Is there any way I can tell.

Have seen it heard of anything being different from 11/18. I do know from one machine to the next they can be tight to fit in the mount .

I was wondering about having to compress spring to install. Is there anyway to tell if this kit has the newer upper bracket.

They havenít had any old style sense 14. If your having to compress spring to get bolt in or push down on arm. You got on one of the out of spec machines . Axle stenders should be enough . But if not mav xxc axles will fix it for sure.

Ok Thanks Ace I have a couple sets of stenders here somewhere.
The lift I put on my buddy's machine a couple of weeks ago fit like a charm but it was new.
