Thinking about removing rear sway bar

Will removing my rear sway bar make my commander have a smoother ride?
What are your thoughts on removing it? Good or Bad??
Thanks

Don't do it. You may end up on your side or worse..

I tried it with the stock springs on my Fox shocks and could not stand the pucker level. After upgrading the springs with a set from RT and dialing them in for handling I thought I would make another attempt and it's still off when going slow it lets the suspension articulate without slamming you side to side. With a little LS compression adjustment I'm pretty used to how it handles and rides so give it a go!

Do it. It will upgrade the ride quality from excruciating to just plain horrible and make you a better driver as well.

Lots of prematurely wore out stuff.

If you want a better ride and handling get a RT 2" lift.

I have the RT 2in lift on it.
A buddy of mine recently got a 15 Maverick. He brought it over and as I was checking it out and taking it for a ride I really noticed how much the rear end felt like a softer more forgiving suspension. Of course the commander and Maverick are different but it got me thinking about the rear sway bar and how it makes the rear end of the commander almost like a solid rear axle compared to independent rear suspension. It looks as if you remove it then your rear would act similar (not exactly of course) to the front suspension. That is why I posted asking for everyone's opinion.

You can get a sway bar for the Commander X. It is smaller diameter and not as stiff of a ride as the XT bar.
