However after looking at the trailer today the Commander wouldn't fit. I would need about 6 more inches length wise or a bed delete kit
For the bed delete kit, you are referring to the bottom bed on the drop downs right? If you aren't going to have more than 4 people in the trailer, just take the bed out. You have one drop down and the other fold down by the window. Or, just look for a different trailer. lol There are plenty to choose from, that's for sure.

I hope you didn't have to drive too far.

When the wife and I bought the Commander, we went to 3 RV shows looking for the smallest toyhauler we could find. We had sold a monster Weekend Warrior 5th wheel and wanted something less massive. Then we visited almost every toyhauler dealer in the Bay Area with a tape measure.

It's hard to have the best of two worlds.........

I just want to defend the Ford, Chevy and Dodge guys. I know some (I am no Toyota expert so it may be a differant model) Tecoma's WERE made in the US but Toyota pulled them out and laid of many American workers. What ever your stance on unions you still should try and support the American familys that need American good paying jobs.

I know I should of bought the Polaras by these standards but I am not perfect and thats why I don't hold buying a Toyota against you guys just throwing it out there.
