To me its pretty awesome, but its what I've grown up riding on. There's not a lot of mud bogging here, but plenty of fast trails & plenty of technical stuff. We usually ride trails that take us as fast as we can go from the bottom of the mountain to the top. Then we play on strip jobs, climb some hills, race, sling a little rock and shoot the bull. Then we head downhill to hit a creek ride...then the cycle starts all over again.
