Lost speed

Can anyone tell me why I lost top end by nearly 10mph? I took my stock steele rims and 27-9-12 fronts and 27-11-12 rear Carlisle Blackwaters off and mounted Hiper Sidewinder carbon fiber rims with brand new Interco Swamp lites 27-10-12 all the way around. Why did I lose speed on top end?

Whats the weight difference of your new tires and wheels? I bet that's it.

Thanks guys...I will weigh both and compare the two and post just as soon as I can get them to some scales. Retuning the clutch sounds great but I have no idea of how to do this. Any suggestions on how I can do this? Is this something I need to let my dealer do?
Thanks for all the help guys...This is really an awsome forum and proud to be a member!!!

The 27" Bighorns on Commanders actually are a 26" tire i've compared them to my OG 26" bighorns and they were actually a little bit taller?!

I thought so myself....I didnt think the weight of the swamp lites would come into play either since I mounted them on Hipers. They are a lil taller but really not that much. You think my belt could have anything to do with it? I havent noticed any slipping. The commander runs strong just the top end is not there anymore. The speedo with stock setup showed 73 but now only 65 with new setup. I thought maybe new setup throwed my speedo off but it gps at 63. speedo only two mph difference so thats not it. what you think?
