Easy way to install stopper and hook on synthetic winch cable

I have seen posts by quite a few people about how to put the stopper and hook on the synthetic cable after installing the winch and fairlead.

Here is the easy way. You remove the hook and the piece of metal from the amsteel rope feed it through the rubber stopper then reinstall the metal loop and then the hook. Done.
