Here is an interesting video that will give you an idea of what a difference a turbo will make on a side x side.

this is a MCX turbo RZR, a naturally aspirated RZR (stock engine, dual exhaust), and a Commander 1000.
Just imagine what the Commander 1000 will be like when the MCX turbo kit is available for it!!!

I had over 4000 miles on my stage 1 MCX RZR before upgrading to an MCX Apex engine.

Not a stock RZR at all. It had long travel, exhaust, tuner and paddle tires. The Commander was stone stock with knobbies on it and the driver figured out he was much quicker up the hill in 4wd low when I beat him running up that way. Lets just say there's a new Sheriff in town and he's all yellow and black

I was surprised racing the RZR Turbo with my stock Commander with knobby tires.

Can't wait to get a turbo and paddles.

Ya, I knew he had a stock engine... it is hard to find a bone stock machine on the dunes these days... LOL
I will edit the post.
but it just shows how much more power the stock commander 1000 has.

I had a MCX-USA stage 1 turbo on my rzr, And it definitely turned it into a different machine. Trey and the guys at MCX build some top notch stuff. Double your horsepower!

We are finally working on the turbo kit for the Commander now. I will try to post updates as we progress.
