Looks like a great place to ride. I was watching that 1st vid and I don't know if you have tried it or not, in an off camber situation like that it really helps your confidence level if you know your tipping point. I did it by sitting in my rig while a couple of friends pushed it up on it's side till it started to go over. now I know how far I can take it.

This was our first trip out and I was still new to the commander and didn't quite know where she would tip over. So I ended up having my wife hold on to a rope tied to the roll cage to help keep it on the ground. If I rolled it was 500 ft before the trees down below would stop me and the commander only had 7 miles on it. And I told my wife if it feels like its going to go over just let it don't want her going down with me.

I totally understand where you are coming from with the ledge clifs in colorado...I was puckered so bad here as I had my wife and two kids in the jeep with me and we were above treeline and had 1000 feet straight down before trees to "stop" the roll....

Colorado is an AMAZING place!!

By the way, that is Santa Fe Peak and I highly recommend this trail (very easy) and it would not be tense in a side x side as its not nearly as wide as my JK was (it was on full width 1-ton axles)

Also, LOVE the videos...its great to see someone useing the commander for something other than sand and jumping :-) Mine will be a trailor hauling, trail riding machine.

This is a good idea, I have been in a couple of situations that seemed like it was going to tip and once I got out and looked and realized it felt way worse than it was. To know how that point feels and looks from the drivers seat would be helpful.

I love Colorado just wish I lived a little closer. Eastern Nebraska doesn't have much but fields and mud which is fun but not that only thing I like.
