Highlifter 2" Suspension install

Hey guys and gals!

I picked up a Highlifter 2" suspension kit for our commanders after seeing one on a local guys "XTCntn" machine and doing some rides with him. Mark has put about 120ish miles on his lift from Highlifter and has had zero problems. After seeing everything that we have gone through and no problems, i decided to order mine.

Here pictures from the install. Let me explain...

1) Stock ride hight in the front
2) showing install of front right arm
3) another view of front right arm
4) Complete front right arm.
5) Here is top view of what it looks like over front right.

The drivers side install is the exact same. The front for me was a lot easier to install than the rear.

I noticed on the site they say can not be used on the "X". I called and the guy could not give me a reason why.

Picture explanation from left to right again...

1) Ride hight after the front end was installed
2) stock rear hight before the front end was installed
3) Partial rear install
4) another rear partial install
5) Complete rear install of drivers side

More Photos... same as posts above from left to right.

1) Showing how the factory bushings were deformed from ~450 miles of rough trail riding.
2) Showing rear ride hight after the rear install
3) Showing complete front install.. lost ~1" in front width
4) Giving a comparison... if this lift was about 1/4" more... i could get a 3 D-cell maglight under the rig
5) Here is the deformation of the passenger rear strut.. almost identical to the drivers rear

I dunno.. i didn't really read much on their website before i ordered it. I know if it fit XTCntn's 2011 1000XT... that it would fit my 2012 800XT. Maybe they will have one for a X model here soon.... the lift is super easy to install when you have the right equipment.

Shipped to my door was $155. I did not go through the forum. I just ordered it off their website.

HighliftER < er... HighLifter. lol Can't place orders on the forum anyway, gotta either call or use the website. Besides that forum is mostly just a bunch of trolls now days. I wouldnt waste much time there.

As far as products They make ok stuff. Some of the Best tires in the buisness thats for sure. Their Bracket lifts usually bend when you tighten down on the bolt. Maybe the build their SxS brackets outta something a little thicker than the ones for quads... At least I sure hope so, if not, I wouldnt use one.
