Help please with auto tune intsall before i finish

In the autotune installation manual it says i may have to block out the PAIR or the clean air injection system. Is there such thing on the 1000's. if so where at and what needs to be done to block it?

No such thing on the Commander. Just make sure you install the sensor as close to the cylinders as possible (6-18" is best).

Is there any diffrence to which cylinder gets the sensor or much gain to the dual sensor setup on commanders?

On a stock system of just a slip-on the single sensor unit is fine and either cylinder will work. With a full system I recommend the dual sensor unit.

Will the PC5 with autotune allow me to use a cabled throttle body? Will it prevent the ECU from retarding timing etc ?

The PCV is dependent on the signal coming in from the ECU. As long as we can see an input we can output whatever you want. So the answer to your question is that it should work fine if you swap the throttle body.

I am thinking of doing this same thing on my Commander but need to locate a Outlander/Renegade throttle body first.

cable throttlebody

Guys I would hold off for a few weeks before you go the cable throttle body route...just a few weeks and you should have FULL throttle control

Nice, I know our R&D team has looked at a unit to drive the servo but unfortunately other projects are taking precedence.
