Shaft saver bypass not working

Any ideas on why my shaft saver black box is not working on my 2011 X. Ive tried three different Dobeck brand ones. Also reset the computer. Dobeck claims they have sold 1000 and all have worked but mine. Muzzy claims all theirs have worked.

I was hoping it would stop pulling power back when the tires came off the ground. When i jack the back up nothin changes with or without the box on it when you spin the tires.

Try to do a donut on gravel road
I have never lifted mine to see what happens
These boxes does not fully stop the problem, but i can spin my tires freely
I have heard the kt box works the best

Is this problem only on 2010 & 2011 models I have 400 miles on my commander and have never experienced this problem. Any other 2012's have this problem?
