Innovative Diesel has the Thermo-Tec 36x60 Sound/Heat suppression mats on sale for $45.09 with free shipping if anyone is interested... Handling fee is $2.00 which makes the total cost a bit less than Summit Racing or JEGS at the moment...

Diesel Part # TT14620 - Thermo Tec Suppressor Acoustical & Heat Control Mat #14620 - Diesel Performance Parts

UPDATE: I placed an order with Innovative Diesel but they responded that they recently moved warehouses and no longer had the Thermo-Tec products in stock... I then ordered the Thermo-Tec 36x60 sheets from Xtreme Diesel Products and there price was just a few dollars more...

I completed mine about 5 months ago. No issues so far. I did tape all my joints with the thermo silver heat tape so no dirt or moisture could get in. So far so good!!

Well, I just started this project today!
I am using R-Blox (similar to Thermo-tec) as a base and I am further complimenting it with 1/4" thick Dynaliner where possible.
I must say Bryan, you did an outstanding job on yours! I did noticed that my 2012 Clutch Cover has a Sh@t ton more bolts than yours which made doing the cover much more time consuming!

I ended up wrapping my exhaust all the way to the muffler. Then I cut off about a 1/2 inch of the CVT exhaust pipe, to eliminate the inner reduction. I pulled the tent screen out of the inlet for the CVT and replaced with simple airfilter mesh. It's been in the 50 degree range here but my side panels run cool .... No blower no heavy mat . Not sure cutting cvt will make any Dif in the mud either.... Oh and my drinks stay cold to . Figured I would share cuse its quick and easy mod...

And I don't believe outside temp was a factor cuse it use to be a nice heater when it was really cold out.
