Most of the XT guys are hoping sometime this month. The X guys, me included, are hoping for October, but we've heard it could be all the way up to December. Most of us have deposits on the X. I just hope I get it before October 31st. That's because the warranty promo ends that day. I would hope they would extend it, but you never know. We hear all kinds of dates from dealers, but I don't think anyone really knows.

I haven't actually bought it yet, I just have a 500.00 dollar deposit down on it. I would buy it before Oct 31st sight unseen if they give me the opportunity. Do you think they could do that without even having a VIN# though? I would just give them cash for the whole amount, but I think you have to at least finance 500 dollars to get the promo. So I'll do that then pay it off the next day. I just don't know if their financing bank would do it without a VIN #?

for us...we been able to bye and pass at finance without VIN. the only thing is....before we leave the store with it...we have to get the insurance proof for the bank..
