THANKS WES !!!!!!! Just got a 2012 1000 X and been looking things over. Knew once again the method to remove panels etc would be different. All bikes seem to have their own tricks !!!!! This is a GREAT help !!!

Manual

Thanks Wes
I had put 1.5 hrs on the new 1000XT, had the wife with me and had gone thru about three or four little (14") mud holes and was going back to the trailer and seen a large one and thought what the heck I hav'nt even been in 4 wheel drive yet, so stop and engage 4 wheel and sport mode, hammer down and go about 10 ft into a 4.5 ft deep hole with old gray mud and leaves. Bike would'nt go forward or back. Crawl out my side and get new winch and had just enough cable to reach a tree. Needless to say that was the wrong thing to do on our first trip together.
So I needed to know how to remove the inner panels to clean the mud and stink from underneath. Thanks again Joe
