Where Do You Ride?? Show Us

Most of us are anxiously Waiting for our Commander's...Will probably be a month or 2 more...I thought why not let every one in the Forum see the different areas we all ride in... I would like to see some of the different areas in the Country, and a matter of fact other Countries, where we all ride. I have never ridden in the woods or swamps back east, would like to see what it looks like... I will start off with some pics where we ride in the sand...

SS

Glamis Sand Dunes...Virgin Sand Real Sweet, Highway in back ground

Bottom of Oldsmobile Hill... Glamis

A nice Razor back ( Dumont Dunes ) near Baker Cali...

I ride on my 40 acre ranch that is in the Sierra Nevada Mountain range and the 350 acres of Sequia National Forest behind my property.

There is many trails in the National Forest and they are mostly used by ranchers to wrangle up there cattle and the trails range from beginner to more advanced.

Most of the trails are cut into the side of mountains but sometimes the open up into small valleys like this.

Wow! I would love to ride in the country and around the mountains. We have mostly mud down here in south Texas. I need to move up north where the trails are more scenic!

I really like riding in the calif mountains its very scenic....

It always seems to change so you never know what yer gonna get to see around the next corner....

Sometimes its rather breath taking....

And then you get reminded that not everyone in the mountains has a PhD....

Yeah he really is sitting on his quad in the back of a truck while his buddy drives him around the mountains

Yeah, it is a pretty amazing expirience to ride in the mountains. There is so much beauty around every corner. You should see it in the spring when EVERYTHING is green. All the tan you see in my pictures is green. Its ten times more beautiful around that time of year. Then again i have always wanted to ride in the dunes. I'm pretty close but i have just never gone. And i have always wanted to ride in all that mud to. I guess it is just what you use to.

Yeah, it is. It goes up and down alot but i would say on average the elevation is about 5,000 feet. It is still high enough were we get quite an amount of snow. Its about a 20 minute drive on a quad or car to get up to country that looks like yours.
