Exclamation Rear Diff? Whining At 35MPH

I have a whopping 5 hours on my new 1000 XT and I have been noticing a horrible noise coming from the rear at around 5500 rpm and 35 MPH. It is nearly impossible to describe the sound. Whining, buzzing, squealing, grinding, vibrating kinda noise. It is driving me CRAZY!

Also, at around 25 MPH there seems to be a noise like something is out of balance. Kind of a wah-wah-wah..... sound.

Is anyone experiencing any of these issues? Help!

No, are you sure it's not a rattle (vibration of some sort)

This loud whining is normal...... It's been discussed before by Charlie Manson.

The out of balance----kind of a wah-wah-wah..... sound ????

This will resolve the loud whining noise considerably......

That wasn't smart... give advice to a new member based on a post from a guy with the name Charlie Manson.

Yup, makes me trusting...
