I was planning on turboing my rhino but after the STMs I broke a rear drive shaft yoke and that really got me thinking about changing over to a commander with heavier drive train instead..

How have your driveshafts and diffs help up? 15lbs of boost whats that put you at 125 crank hp so 110 to the ground?
Im Running AV Gas. and Im planning on switching over to E85 for a little more power and the Benefits that Ethanol will give me all the way around.
My Rotax Motor is in a 2006 650 Prowler Chassis and the Arctic cat Diffs have been ok but I did have a custom Diff side cover made to hold the torque load of the gears. The ujoints and yoke have been fine. Im gonna Dyno it soon but for now its Est Hp to the ground is 110 HP. It runs good right there. 4 years on it with the Turbo and Knock on wood still many more years. like to see the PopOs do that with out Blowing up.

What is up with the limp mode? Do you run a K&T box? Does it overheat?

Limp home mode a lot of commander owners face this problem, i tried many thing to bypass it but with no success.
yes i'm running the BB from K&T and it is running fine.
no heat at all, actually it is colder than the stock commander.

Is the turbo setup causing the limp home or is it another issue?
